These terms are between you (the person or agency that creates a Cuebor workspace) and Cuebor, which is operated by Blunt Labs Pvt Ltd. By creating a workspace or signing in to one, you agree to them. If you accept them for an agency, you confirm you can bind it.
Cuebor is software for agencies: Cuebor AI, which reads the work you connect and tells each person what needs them, and the Cuebor Workspace add-on, which adds client portals, documents, reports and invoicing.
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. Keep it secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including what the people you invite do.
Give accurate details when you set up. Cuebor is for businesses and for people aged 16 or over.
Your data stays yours: your clients, contacts, messages, documents, invoices and files. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Cuebor for you, as the privacy policy describes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the right to put your clients' information into Cuebor and to connect the accounts you connect. Where Cuebor processes your clients' personal data on your behalf, we do it on your instructions, under our data processing agreement (cuebor.com/dpa), which forms part of these terms.
Cuebor can connect to services such as Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp Business and accounting and work tools, but only when you connect them. Those services have their own terms, and you must follow them. If a provider changes or removes access, the part of Cuebor that depends on it may stop working.
Cuebor AI suggests, summarises and drafts. It can be wrong, so read a draft before you send it. By default it sends nothing on its own: you approve each message. If you switch on a setting that lets it send certain things itself, you accept responsibility for what it sends under that setting.
You are responsible for what you send to your clients, whoever or whatever drafted it. Each plan includes a monthly Cuebor AI allowance for what your team asks for, described on the pricing page; Cuebor's own background work is included and held to fair use.
Do not use Cuebor to break the law, to send spam or deceptive messages, to read messages you have no right to read, or to harm other people. Do not try to get around plan limits or security, probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission, or resell it.
We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we tell you first.
Plans, prices and what each includes are on the pricing page. Cuebor AI is priced per agency, and the Workspace add-on is priced separately. During the beta, some plans and features are provided free and may change before launch; we will tell workspace owners before anything you rely on starts to cost money.
Paid plans renew each period until you cancel. A free trial of a paid plan converts to it at the end unless you cancel first, as the pricing page explains. Prices exclude taxes where the pricing page says so. You can change or cancel a plan in Settings; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
We work to keep Cuebor available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors, particularly while it is in beta. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will give notice of any change that removes something you depend on.
You can stop at any time: delete your account or the whole workspace in Settings, as the privacy policy explains. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering Cuebor, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to take your data.
Cuebor is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, or for what a draft or a connected service does. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Cuebor in the twelve months before it, or ten thousand rupees if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. When we do, this page and its date change, and we will tell workspace owners by email before a change that affects them takes effect. Last updated 5 October 2026.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most problems are quicker to settle that way.
