Common questions
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- The plan you trialled starts automatically, using the payment method you added when the trial began. Cancel any time before it ends and nothing is charged. Without a payment method on file, the workspace simply returns to the Free plan — nothing is deleted either way.
- Do I lose anything if I downgrade or cancel?
- No data, ever. Clients, documents, messages and timeline history all stay exactly where they are — you just lose access to the paid features until you upgrade again. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, never immediately.
- How do seats work?
- Pro and Business are priced per seat. A seat is anyone on your team who uses Cuebor, in the web app, Slack or Teams. You invite them, by email and in Slack or Teams, and their seat starts when they accept. A teammate who asks Cuebor without a seat isn't answered: your Owners and Admins are asked whether to invite them, once. Your clients, guests and anyone outside your company never take a seat. Deactivating someone frees their seat immediately while keeping their history and attribution intact. Pro takes one to 25 people; Business starts at three and takes up to 100.
- What is Cuebor Workspace?
- It's coming soon, as part of Cuebor AI: a portal each client can open, documents, month-end reports and client invoicing. It runs on what Cuebor AI already follows, so your clients, their history and your team will be there the day it arrives. We'll tell every workspace when it's ready.
- How much can my team ask Cuebor AI?
- More than a typical team uses. The allowance is shared by your whole team and grows with every seat, so a busy week for one person is covered by the rest; Business has twice Pro's. Questions to the assistant, drafts you ask for and plans count toward it. Cuebor's own work, reading your email and tools, preparing cards and the morning brief, is always included and never counted. Settings shows how much of the month your team has used. If a team ever runs out, Cuebor keeps working in the background, and a boost adds half again until the month renews.
- Why are prices different by region?
- We price in US dollars, euros, pounds and rupees; everywhere else pays in dollars. The prices are set, not converted, so they don't move with exchange rates. India's is genuinely lower, because purchasing power is. Your region is set when you create the workspace and doesn't change if you travel.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes, at any time. Switching to yearly applies immediately and is prorated against what you've already paid for the current month.
- How do I get a Custom plan?
- Create a workspace and send a request from Settings → Billing. We'll come back with a number shaped around your team.
